Job Description:

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

· Typically manages a single department and/or shift

· · Proven experience reviewing KPI’s to review processes, improve efficiencies and quality · Familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001

· Manage the ongoing ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products

· Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply

· Plans and administers procedures Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas

· Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

· Manages through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and staffing.

Qualifications:

· Strong leadership skills to set goals and be able to hold teams accountable

· · Demonstrate coaching and motivation skills

· · Capable to work on a fast-paced organization

· · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changes

· · Demonstrate lean manufacturing experience

· · Work well on a team environment and have good communication skills

· In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales

· Solid working knowledge of regulations (ISO, OSHA, employee relations, etc.)

· Advanced working knowledge of manufacturing systems Solid understanding of manufacturing costs and influences

· Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
