We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where the intern will support production, process improvement, quality, and operational efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities
- Support process improvement and efficiency projects
- Help collect and analyze production data
- Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues
- Assist in maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or 5S programs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles
- Laboratory experience in manufacturing or operations
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems
