Manufacturing Executive

Position Summary
Responsible for supervising daily operations in the Prepack area to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements are achieved. This role oversees manpower, production scheduling, process compliance, and continuous improvement activities within the backend semiconductor manufacturing environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Prepack production activities and ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor production schedules and prioritize work to meet shipment and customer requirements.

• Lead and manage operators to achieve productivity, quality, and output targets.

• Ensure compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Monitor WIP (Work-In-Progress) and drive timely lot movement.

• Investigate and resolve production issues while escalating critical concerns when necessary.

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.

• Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators.

• Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to EHS requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production supervision.

• Experience in Backend Assembly, Prepack, or Final Packing operations is preferred.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with MES, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
