Manufacturing Engineering Sr Staff - Level 5

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, equivalent experience/combined education considered

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance in accordance with business requirements.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering

• Demonstrated experience presenting to Senior/Executive Leadership

• Prior experience in a Technical Lead, Team Leader or Leadership capacity with demonstrated team project management
