This Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for ferrite core, molding inductor and Cu-Fe Co-firing inductor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ferrite Core Full Process: Support full manufacturing process from powder preparation (batching, mixing, spray drying) → forming/pressing → high-temperature sintering (tunnel kiln/box furnace). Lead solutions for cracks, porosity, deformation, delamination, and high / low permeability.

2. Molding inductor: Support full manufacturing process from powder preparation → pressing → curing → Leads forming → Test & packing. Focus on resolving burr, delamination, wire and leads damaged, open / short circuit, and inductance drift.

3. Cu-Fe Co-firing Inductor: Support full manufacturing process from powder preparation → high-pressure pressing → curing/annealing/sintering (atmosphere control). Focus on resolving Cu-Fe interface oxidation, diffusion and inductance issues.

4. Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean & Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, VSM, SMED, TPM) to reduce DPPM, improve Cpk and OEE. Lead DOE for parameter optimization.

5. NPI & Project Management: Lead DFM reviews, pilot runs, and scale-up to mass production. Independently drive manufacturing improvement projects with timeline, budget, and risk control.

6. Line Support & Training: Provide real-time engineering support to production lines. Train technicians and operators. Adapt to high physical workload and night shifts.

Job Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Science & Technology, Materials Science (Magnetic Materials), Mechanical Design & Automation, Automation, or related fields.

2. Experience: 10+ years in ferrite/powder metallurgy/magnetic components manufacturing engineering. Must have hands-on experience in at least one full process: ① Ferrite core (powder to sintering); ② Molding Choke or Cu-Fe Co-firing (powder to curing/annealing/sintering).

3. Technical Skills: Familiar with tunnel kilns, sintering furnaces, presses, spray dryers, LCR test. Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, Minitab or JMP.

4. English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking – able to read technical literature, equipment manuals, and participate in international technical meetings.

5. Six Sigma: Green Belt certified required; Black Belt preferred (provide project cases during interview).

6. Project Management: Proven independent project management experience.
