Responsibilities：
1. Develop, design and translate product concept to a defined product, including project management and resolving technical issues.
新产品开发过程中，由产品设计到投产的相关事项跟进，并熟练项目管理及技术支援.
2. Responsible for doll hair development including rooting, grooming and related tools.
负责新产品玩具娃娃头头发开发包括植发，梳发，及相关工具
3. Leading development activities and solving any problems along the way.
负责开发相关工作安排及解决开发中的问题
4. Liaise with related parties to ensure products can be manufactured and delivered to market meeting all requirements.
联络相关部门，确保产品可生产，按要求按时交付
5. Partnering with other functions to drive innovation in product(hair) and process that benefit cost and quality.
与其他职能部门协作，推动护发产品及流程创新，以实现成本优化与质量提升。

Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial Engineering.
制造工程、机械工程、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. Over 2 years relevant experience in industry field, Manufacturing plant working experience is preferred.
      2年以上玩具或制造业相关领域工程跟进经验
3. Excellent communication skills to work with leaders throughout the company.
     具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
3. Good knowledge in SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.
     能熟练掌握相关领域技术知识， 如CAD、 Creo、Solidworks等
4. Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary.
     英语四级及以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力.

Compensation (from employer):
10000 – 14000 CNY (MONTHLY)
