- Research global automation benchmark of each product portfolio
- Develop automation solution to new technology application in front of business award
- Lead and guide to build up China local supplier capability
- Review assembly automation equipment mechanical design, assess risk and make mitigation plans
- Screen out any potential automation projects that could drive MFG cost saving continuously.
- Lead automation line buyoff activities to make sure all equipment performance could meet product and process requirements.
- Continuous improvement on machine downtime and FTQ, etc.
- Optimize line balance and improve CT of assembly line.
- Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, such as WIP reduction, production yield improvement
