Job description

As a Manning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating crew deployment and manning operations to ensure smooth and efficient staffing of vessels. Your role will involve close collaboration with ship managers, agents, and crew to maintain compliance with company policies and maritime regulations.

  • Assist Manning S/I in upkeep of Manning Team related record keeping (Hard & soft copy)
  • Prepare required invoices, OD, GSA, Ship’s ACR for Manning SI / Manager/ TL review.
  • To assist Manning SI in handling of routine ship’s requirements: Uniform, CTM arrangements.
  • Process Invoices after Manning SI/Manager/TL verification and handle Eye Share / Shipnet entry accordingly.
  • Arrange mail sending by courier to the vessel, Manning Agents, etc when required and confirmed by Manning SI.
  • Assist Manning SI to handle routine crew related reports in Eye Share / Shipnet.
  • To prepare SSOA for circulation upon Manning SI request and submit to GA after completion upon TL/Manager request.
  • Assist Manning SI in routine correspondence with vessel, vendors, Manning agents, etc 
  • To assist Manning SI in Quarterly statement preparation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in crew management or maritime manning operations.
  • Good knowledge of maritime manning regulations and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and crew management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
