This role is critical in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive premium service throughout their stay. You will use your language skills and hospitality expertise to create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (with a minimum HSK Level 4 certification for Mandarin speakers), and strong command of the English language.
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
