MANAGING DIRECTOR

A Closed Pensions Fund Administrator (CPFA) set up to further improve the post working standards of the Staff members of Nigerian Universities invites eligible candidates to apply for the following Management positions:

The Managing Director (MD) reports to the Board of Directors. He/she has the overall responsibility to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the company, supervise all activities undertaken by the company and provide direction to the business.

A First degree with minimum 2nd Class Lower class or its equivalent

A degree in numerate or semi- numerate disciplines such as

Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting,

Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Law and Business

Administration and other related discipline ) for position 1-5

Working experience in the Financial Sector

ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIBN, CIS, CFP or CFA and other relevant professional qualification from reputable organizations for positions 1 to5

Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 12 years in the Financial Services and 8 years in senior management position

Candidates are expected to exhibit professionalism, communication skills, Leadership Skills, Objectivity and independence, proven ability to build and maintain relationship at all levels. Self motivation and managerial ability

Age: Between 35 and 50 years
