  • Duration: 12 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)

Job Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "YES" to the following questions:

  • Are you a 4th or 5th-year student at a Technical University (in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines), or have you graduated within the last 12 months?

  • Are you fluent in Polish?

  • Are you proficient in English?

  • Do you possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills?

  • Are you skilled in problem-solving, with a systematic approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility?

  • Are you open and motivated to gain new knowledge as an engineer and manager?
