Manager, Vendor Management

The Manager, Vendor Management provides strategic account management, develops strong partner relationships, and oversees all vendor-related communications with Technology. This role will also be responsible for optimization opportunities and take lead in renegotiating contracts accordingly. This role is responsible for managing escalations, driving operational efficiencies, providing transparency, and ensuring achieving key success measures. Additionally, this position leads defining, implementing, and managing governance processes, oversees billing cycles, distributes performance metrics, and recommends best practices for onboarding and offboarding resources. Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH) based out of Secaucus, NJ .
