We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our DLJBS team. You will manage valuation assignments, oversee several teams of analysts, ensure compliance with professional standards (RICS/HKIS), and drive technical innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside qualified professionals (MRICS, MHKIS, CFA, CPA) and deliver high-quality consultancy services.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex valuation assignments, ensuring timely completion.

• Ensure all deliveries strictly comply with professional standards and internal quality guidelines.

2. Team Leadership & Quality Control

• Supervise and mentor several teams of analysts, assigning resources effectively.

• Conduct final reviews of reports, working papers, and financial models to ensure accuracy and logical consistency.

• Provide feedback and guidance to foster staff development and excellence.

3. Business Support & Innovation

• Drive the adoption of advanced tools (Excel, VBA, Python, AI) to automate tasks and enhance data analysis.

• Update internal SOPs, templates, and knowledge bases to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, or related fields.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in property valuation.

• Professional qualification (MRICS, MHKIS, CFA, or CPA) is highly preferred.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and complex data analysis.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Cantonese is a plus.

• Experience with VBA, Python, AI tools, or data visualization is a significant advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
