Job Overview:

Key Accountabilities:

Creative Innovation:  

• Emerging Tech R&D– Focuses on researching latest technologies, trends, and methods and explores how they can be leveraged to create new client solutions or internal processes.  

• Innovation Insights– Collects and analyzes data on emerging trends, market opportunities, and technology advancements to inform new thought leadership. Drive internal innovation communications and cross-region innovation network for knowledge and idea sharing.  

• Client Innovation– Works directly with clients to identify opportunities for innovation, providing expertise in how to implement innovative solutions within their organization.  

• Tech R&D– Test and develop new ideas and prototypes.  

Incubation and Platforms:  

• Solution Innovation– Work with Client Solutions to embed innovation into solutions. Incubate new solutions, focusing on enhancing customer value and keeping up with market trends.  

• Platform Innovation– Develop new, repeatable innovative platform products that are relevant and cost effective for mid-market clients.  

Strategic Innovation Programs:  

Innovation Management – Manages specific innovation initiatives for both channels, works with cross-functional teams, and manages projects related to emerging technologies, process improvements, and product development.

• イノベーション・インサイト：トレンドや市場機会、技術発展に関するデータを収集・分析し、リーダーシップメッセージを発信。社内外へのイノベーション情報発信や、リージョン横断のネットワーク構築による知識・アイデア共有を推進。 

• クライアント・イノベーション：クライアントと直接連携し、イノベーション機会を創出。革新的ソリューション導入の専門知識を提供。 

• テクノロジーR&D：新しいアイデアやプロトタイプの検証・開発。 

■ Incubation & Platforms 

• ソリューション・イノベーション：クライアントソリューションにイノベーションを組み込み、新しいソリューションをインキュベート。顧客価値を高め、市場トレンドに即応。 

• プラットフォーム・イノベーション：ミッドマーケット向けに、再現可能でコスト効率の高い革新的プラットフォーム製品を開発。 

■ Strategic Innovation Programs 

• イノベーション・マネジメント：特定のイノベーション施策をリードし、クロスファンクショナルチームと協働。最新技術、プロセス改善、製品開発に関するプロジェクトを推進。

• テクノロジーのバックグラウンド 

• ミッドマーケット（売上500億円～4000億円以上企業がターゲット）でのソリューションコンサル・プリセールスまたはリードの経験 

• グローバル戦略や資料をリージョン向けに適応した実績 

• データ分析を通じた意思決定支援の経験 

• 組織内外の複数レベルのステークホルダーとの連携経験 

• マーケットの動向を理解し、ポートフォリオの実行・調整に活かせる知識
