Summary
The PwC Talent Management team directs, designs and manages the coordination of key talent / high-potential development, to achieve business goals and create an internal bench of top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent management lifecycle
- Partner with business leaders to identify key talents and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business initiatives
- Maintain database of talent information, coordinate with management team, facilitate key talent review meetings, and oversee strategies to accelerate development of key talents
- Own key talents management and development programs that align with long-range business strategies
- Oversee implementation and management of talent management systems
- Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programs, systems, and processes to support the business
- Develop field HR capability in talent management and development
Experience and Competencies Requirements
- Experience in talent development, organization development, or succession planning preferred
- Ability to coordinate people and resources
- Ability to establish trust and a reputation for discretion and sound judgment and advice
- Capacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadership
- Skill in critical and creative thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Skill in written and oral communication, including persuasive negotiation skills
