We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for niche, leadership, and business-critical roles. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in executive search, proactive sourcing, and stakeholder management who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, develop targeted hiring strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruitment processes to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, leadership, and business-critical positions across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through headhunting, talent mapping, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring performance, and pipeline health to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay informed about industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor insights to strengthen recruitment outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Recruitment, with exposure to hiring for niche and leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
