Manager/Senior Manager (Tax Policy)

[What you will be working on]

• Play a key role in shaping and supporting Singapore’s implementation of BEPS Pillar Two, including the design and review of policies, administrative frameworks and legislative amendments.
• Support effective implementation of BEPS Pillar Two through targeted stakeholder engagement, including translating complex technical requirements into clear and practical guidance.
• Participate in international engagements to reinforce Singapore’s reputation as a responsible and relevant member of the international tax community.
• Review and formulate tax policies, supported by data analysis, environmental scanning and feedback from stakeholders and taxpayers.

[What we are looking for]

• Background in Accountancy, Business Administration or Economics with at least 5 years of experience handling corporate tax work
• Good knowledge of accounting and corporate income tax laws and practices
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to question, probe and analyse
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
• Organised and systematic in handling information and data
