Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new local and international cargo accounts to drive volume.
• Space Utilization: Plan and implement sales activities to maximize cargo capacity on flights and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Rate Negotiation: Analyze market trends, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate freight rates with clients and overseas agents.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with the operations, pricing, and customer service departments to ensure shipments are handled efficiently from origin to destination.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Typically 5+ years in the freight forwarding or air cargo industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global forwarding, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen, high-level negotiation skills, and strong proficiency in English for international communication.
• Work Location: Willing to be based in Bali
