Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Lead external suppliers through development build phases to ensure seamless, high-yield new product ramps.
2 Spearhead mass-production readiness initiatives, aligning engineering, operations, and suppliers to consistently exceed SMCI's quality, capacity, and cost targets.
3.Align specifications and schedules with SMCI’s supply chain teams to accelerate technical readiness.
4.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, backed by strong analytical acumen to drive strategic, data-driven decisions.
5.Proven track record of managing complex, high-priority portfolios simultaneously within fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. 
2.10+ years of product management, product operations, or supply chain experience in high-volume manufacturing, with deep expertise in product life cycle management, commodity cost analysis, vendor relations, and cross-functional leadership. 
3.Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally. 
4.Proven ability to build strong relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and influence effectively within a matrix organization. 
5.Able to work well in changing environments with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. 
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of drive to handle challenging tasks. 
7.A strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute project plans effectively.
