Job Description & Summary

Salary: From 3 500€ (The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus linked to individual results and the company’s success.)

Starting date - Upon agreement

As part of a large, well-established international company, we are further developing a new capability within our team PwC Advisory s.r.o. and are looking for someone who will help shape and grow it. We are open to different seniority levels — from Manager to Director — depending on the candidate’s experience.

As a Risk & Third-Party Due Diligence subject matter expert, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering advisory services focused on KYC, KYS, KYBP, and third-party risk management, with a strong emphasis on supplier screening and risk assessment within procurement processes.

You will help clients strengthen their risk frameworks, enhance transparency across their supply chains, and meet evolving regulatory and compliance expectations. A key part of your role will be building trusted relationships with clients and positioning our services as a strategic partner in their risk and procurement transformation.

This role combines business development, client advisory, solution design, and team building, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, developing new opportunities, and delivering high-value advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of our KYC, KYS, KYBP and third-party risk advisory offering, identifying market opportunities and shaping go-to-market priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the areas of supplier risk, due diligence, and procurement risk management.
  • Lead business development activities, including client engagement, solution design, proposal preparation, and supporting the closure of strategic opportunities.
  • Advise clients on third-party due diligence frameworks, supplier onboarding and screening processes, and risk mitigation strategies across procurement.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders (including the German market) to identify cross-border opportunities and align on strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of service offerings, reflecting regulatory developments, market trends, and client needs.
  • Lead and coordinate teams delivering risk-focused advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality and commercially relevant outcomes.
  • Support the build-out of a scalable consulting capability, including knowledge development, team mentoring, and best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.
  • Fluency in German - C1, C2 and English. As part of the interviews, there will be a German language check.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and contribute to business development.
  • Experience in topics such as supplier due diligence, third-party risk, responsible sourcing, ESG, human rights, compliance, or supply chain risk.
  • Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align IPC strategy with firm-wide goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and performance excellence.
  • In today’s workplace, familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Power BI is valuable. We seek someone who uses AI to enhance productivity, supports decision-making with AI insights, embraces continuous learning, and balances human judgment with data. No AI expertise required—just a willingness to embrace technology as an enabler, not a threat.
