Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

• Complies all those activities or functions that by their nature are related to their position

• Follow the rules and principles established by the Code of Ethics and Conduct

• Subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations.

• Interaction with customers as well as managing the quality system to achieve quality objectives.

• Works with every applicable function within the site to determine the appropriate process improvement. Implement actions to ensure the effectiveness of the QMS

• Reviews all the corrective actions submitted by the team for final approval.

• Completes analytical review of the QMS to support reduction in scrap, rework, and warranty.

• Summarizes corrective action results and feeds back into the QMS for continuous improvement.

• Determines cost and capability of meeting customer requirements

• Implement systems to meet customer requirements. Provides evidence of meeting customer requirements.

• Leads and manages human and economic resources into quality department

• Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
