Manager, Human Resources

• Lead and manage overall HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
• Oversee and expand GA (General Affairs) responsibilities as needed
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment

Requirements

• At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all areas of HR
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• English fluency is preferred
• Immediate availability (ASAP) is highly preferred
