Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team on a fixed-term contract through August 2026, based at our London office. You’ll support Ticketing & Guest Management operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026, managing project development and operational delivery for one of our largest global clients.

You’ll bring proven experience in client servicing, event project management, communication, and budgeting—with a passion for delivering world-class live experiences. Flexibility is key, as work will take place across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support planning and execution of guest programs, including hotel and venue management, guest communications, gifting, and merchandise.

  • Assist with on-site delivery and event operations.

  • Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, project plans, and event playbooks.

  • Manage third-party suppliers and coordinate across internal teams (creative, strategy, content, production).

  • Lead or support client meetings, communications, and reporting.

  • Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain project documentation.

  • Oversee and mentor junior team members.

  • Ensure projects meet agreed briefs, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

What You'll Need:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or event project management, ideally within live events, sports, or hospitality.

  • Strong client service and communication skills, with confidence leading presentations and updates.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.

  • A true team player with a flexible, solutions-driven mindset

  • Based in London, with the ability to travel internationally and work flexibly during event periods.
