Manager - Food Chain & Seed growth 

POSITION PURPOSE:

Develop and drive value-chain partnerships across agri-commodities by establishing end-to-end crop solutions (including seed treatment offerings) in key crops, enabling growers to improve income from domestic and export markets. Build handling and post-harvest partnerships, activate scalable service models, and ensure sustainability through responsible practices, quality assurance, and traceable supply chains.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for steering the Food Value Chain initiative, expanding it to multiple crops, locations of key accounts & accountability for P & L for FCP business (with enhanced focus on MWB crops)

• Initiating new partnerships with key food chain players & create new business opportunities; develop and maintain healthy relationships with key external

stakeholders in assigned geographies

• Developing sustainable plant protection solutions with respect to the needs of the food value chain

• Work closely with the commercial unit sales and marketing teams on implementation strategies

• Support growth in seed treatment product business by leveraging value chain partnerships and developing special projects at CU level

• Establish strong base for Seed growth business by developing relations with regional, small size seed companies and creating seed treatment hubs  with Corporate retail partners, BLF, F PO and other initiatives.

Activate a service-based model by identifying and leveraging monetization opportunities across the value chain

WHO YOU ARE:

• Graduate preferably in Agriculture

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Agri Input Sector

• Crop and Portfolio Knowledge

• Customer focus, Manges complexities, Courage, Networking & Collaboration

Partnership & stakeholder management skills.
