Job Description & Summary

PwC Financial Transformation Team pursue high-profile finance transformation projects both in Poland and in the EMEA region. By joining us, you will have the chance to shape clients' Finance of the Future strategies. You will also advise client management to address business challenges through finance process digitalization & transformation. In addition, you will be able to participate in end-to-end finance operating model & governance setups (assess, design, develop, build & deploy). You will create critical bridges between Business, Finance and IT functions. 

We are looking for: 

Manager

Your future role: 

• Leading Finance Transformation projects for global and local clients, delivering cutting-edge and industry-leading solutions, including Finance Operating Model Transformation initiatives, end-to-end Finance & Accounting process transformations (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report), finance technology assessments and solution recommendations,
• Managing project teams and workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of project objectives,
• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to define Finance of the Future strategies and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and transformation,
• Leading client workshops, steering discussions, and presenting recommendations to management teams and executive stakeholders,
• Driving value realization initiatives, helping clients capture and sustain benefits resulting from transformation programs,
• Taking ownership of project deliverables, proposals, and practice development initiatives,
• Supporting and coaching junior team members, fostering their development and growth,
• Contributing to business development activities, building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading proposal preparation,
• Thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset,
• Working from the office at least 2 days per week (PwC or Client).

Apply if you have: 

• 6+ years of professional experience in Finance Transformation, Finance, Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Consulting,
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals (PTP, OTC or RTR is a must), 
• Business acumen, ability to identify challenges and next suggest and deploy improvements, 
• Good data analysis and calculations making skills, 
• Hands-on experience with either one or more ERP applications (preferably SAP), 
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are required, good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), 
• Excel at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, generate content, 
• Availability for business trips within and outside the country. 
   

Nice to have: 

• Previous experience in a consulting environment, particularly within Finance Transformation or Digital Finance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies.
• Experience with AI, automation, RPA, process mining, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging finance trends and digital technologies.
• Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) would be an advantage.
