Manager, Finance

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle while acting as a trusted guardian of our financial health. While the core of this role focuses on robust day-to-day financial operations and reporting, we are looking for an analytical thinker who is confident in presenting financial narratives to key stakeholders and tackling ad-hoc strategic projects with ease.

In this role, you will oversee our daily finance functions - ensuring seamless accounts management, treasury analytics, and strict data confidentiality - while leading our monthly financial and management presentations to help guide our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for general accounting duties, which encompass accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and processing expenses claims
• Manage daily finance functions, including consolidation, financial statements and reports, e.g. P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Reinforce data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Assist in preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare regular treasury related reports and analytics
• Monthly Presentation on both Financial and Management Reporting
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support ad-hoc projects as required

Who You Are

• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a related field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position
• CPA Student or Membership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in MS office, advanced Excel skills are a strong plus.
• Willing to learn, mature, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details
• Fluent in Cantonese and Good in both English and Mandarin
