Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1． 组织建立和健全智慧城市业务相关技术质量标准等规章制度；
2． 组织建立智慧城市技术体系，确保技术迭代满足用户不断发展的需求；
3． 负责技术队伍的整体建设及人才培养工作，确保各岗位的技术人员胜任岗位的要求；
4． 负责建立、完善适用于智慧城市项目建设的管理模式，对项目的设计、采购、进度、质量、成本和安全等进行全面管控；
5． 以数据收集和运用为基础，在IT团队支持下，对相关设备的设计、选型、采购、运维等工作进行整体协调；
6． 通过制定和审查技术条款，联合采购部门，对供应商的采购招标、实施、运维等阶段进行管理；
