In your new role you will:
- Responsible for the customer contracting activities in GC. Manage awide range of related contract types. Guide business through the contracting process.
- Conduct appropriate assessment, analysis, drafting, review and negotiation of customer contracts, in particular contractual risk assessment to ensure compliance, without compromising efficiency.
- Plan properly the work methods, and work closely with partners and stakeholders in GC, Headquarter or other regions to achieve good negotiation results and to finalize contracts within Infineon’s risks framework and reasonable timeframes.
- Get an insight into business requirements and management’s direction. Identify suitable business and contract set-up, provide advice and guidance on business modeling, and appropriately represent solutions in contracts.
- Work independently as a single interface of GC Contract Management to regional key stakeholders, whilst fitting in the team-work environment and company’s communication culture.
- Increase efficiency for department. Contribute to digitalization. Improve existing business processes which are contract relevant, and develop and implement new processes to foster clarity.
- Adhere to established work processes and rules.
- Manage contract relevant projects.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Regular four-year full-time).
- Background in Business Administration, Project Management, Business English, Law Studies are preferred.
- 5 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
- Good soft skills in problem solving, conflict management, and negotiation. Experience in large negotiation projects is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Good facilitation skills to manage internal/external discussion seffectively while not compromising the risk management aspect of contracts and ensuring good communication within the project team.
- Good organizational skills; able to organize and follow through with projects and deliver results; ability to efficiently handle large volume of contracts.
- Mature, independent, team player. Working with high quality standards. Sitting on driver seat.

Purpose:
Contract Management in region Greater China (“GC”) are responsible for all sales/ marketing/ development related contracts with GC Customers, including contractual solutions and contract related business model consulting.
This incumbent will be a key role in leading and providing advice and direction to business colleagues in business modeling, risk mitigation,contract formation and negotiation planning and which shall overall be in line with company’s policies, processes and guidelines.
