Job Description: Application Development Full Stack - Technical Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Manager for Full Stack Application
Development to lead our software team in creating innovative web and mobile applications.
This role requires expertise in Angular/React, .Net, .Net Core, Web API, Azure DevOps, MS
SQL and Azure SQL to drive the end-to-end development process. If you're a hands-on

Responsibilities:
 Lead a team in designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications using
Angular/React, .Net, and .Net Core.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and technical
direction.
 Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to coding standards
and best practices.
 Solve technical challenges, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of
applications.
 Perform code reviews, maintain code quality, and drive continuous improvement.
 Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Azure SQL for efficient database
management.
 Mentor developers, contribute hands-on to coding tasks, and foster innovation.
 Oversee recruitment activities to build a skilled development team.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
 8+ years of software development experience, proficient in Angular/React, .Net, .Net
Core.
 Strong grasp of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks.
 Expertise in .Net technologies and experience with Azure services.
 Proven ability in managing projects, leading teams, and delivering on time.
 Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and strong communication.
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
Preferred:
 Mobile app development experience (iOS, Android).
 DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
 Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
 FinTech or related industry experience.
