S4 HANA; IT project exp; JD for SAP Functional Managers

General Experience 
Qualifications 
  Should be an Engineering Graduate and/or MBA for all functional roles.
 Finance or Controlling consultants can be  CA or ICWA also
 They should have consistently scored above 60% in all their exams
 Should have great oral as well as written communication skills 
Experience 
 Should have more than 4 -10 years of experience
 Experience working in either manufacturing and/or service industry 
 They should have independently managed assignments as team leads or project leads
 Should have participated or led cutover activities for an implementation assignment
including data load and reconciliation.
 They should have implementation experience (they should have done blueprinting
exercise, should have lead workshops and discussions with the client, they should be
hands on with the system)
 People with pre-sales experience will be having added advantage
 People with S4/HANA experience will have added advantage
 Should have designed and deployed custom applications 
 Should be aware of the standard Fiori applications
 
Modules Specific Experiences
MM
 Should have done tax related discussions and settings for India or for any other country
(e-invoicing and statutory reporting)
 Should have done pricing related settings for India or any other country
 Should have done planning related blueprinting
 Should have experience working in one logistics execution module function (WM or TM)
 Should have worked in manufacturing and/or projects based company
 Knowledge or experience of SRM or Ariba will be treated as positive
 Should be aware of key reports and business processes
SD
 Should have done tax related discussions and settings for India or for any other country 
(e-invoicing and statutory reporting)
 Should have done pricing related settings for India or any other country
 Should have experience working with rebate, credit management and processing of
credit notes and debit notes
 Knowledge working with Variant Configuration will be treated as positive
 Should have experience working with both manufacturing and/or projects based industry
 Experience working in Customer Service module will be treated as positive
 Experience working in both make to order and make to stock processes

FICO
 Should have done tax related discussions and settings for India or for any other
country  (e-invoicing and statutory reporting)
 Should have executed cutover process during implementation
 Should have led the team for executing month end process for any of the manufacturing
or project based industry
 Should have experience working in core record to report areas ( AP,AR, G/L, Assets,
Bank,Cash)
 People who have experience working with bank integration and e-BRS will be treated as
positive
 People with Controlling experience should have done product costing either standard or
actual costing. 
 People with experience setting up parallel ledgers and currencies will be treated as
positive for the role
 People with experience setting up COPA (Account based or Cost based) should be
treated as positive
 PP
 Should have worked in both discrete and process industry with great understanding of
master data
 Should have understanding of product costing and should have designed activities for
confirmation
 Should have experience setting up MRP and capacity planning
 Experience working with Variant Configuration should be treated as positive
 Experience working with Long Term Planning should be treated as positive

Mandatory skill sets -SAP Consulting in FICO/MM/PP/SD/ABAP/PPQM/CPI/WM/TM/PM with Client Facing Skill

Preferred skill sets -S4 HANA; IT project exp;
