Manager

Strategic Consulting

• Partner with C-suite clients to identify key success factors, craft strategic directions, and develop change management plans that secure stakeholder buy-in
• Lead diverse consulting teams to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions while ensuring exceptional project quality
• Serve as daily contact point for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client executives through compelling deliverables
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across different organizational levels and functions
• Act as trusted advisor to drive client success and business growth

Business Development

• Drive sales and marketing activities including proposal development and client presentations
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events to expand professional network
• Contribute to new business acquisition through thought leadership and relationship building

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high delivery standards and foster professional growth
• Contribute to development of company's consulting methodology and best practices

Qualifications

• Thai nationality required
• Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance
• At least 7 years of relevant experience at top-tier consulting firms OR a strong academic record from a top-tier MBA program
• Industry expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred
• Professional experience in operations management is a plus, including: Manufacturing operations, Production control, Process improvement initiatives, Product development, New business development.
• Strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken

Technical Skills

• Strong research and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
• Exceptional ability to create professional deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports
• Proficient in data-driven decision making using facts, analysis, and logical reasoning

Professional Capabilities

• Ability to work flexible hours and manage projects with limited notice
• Willingness to travel and work in challenging environments (including factory settings)
• Strong project management skills including budget management and timeline adherence
