Manager Applications Development - Oracle HCM The Manager Applications Development - Oracle HCM is responsible for the overall health of the Oracle Fusion HCM module from a technology perspective. Specific duties include: (1) Lead and manage Oracle project teams in implementing new processes and functionalities and manage deployment within the Oracle Fusion HCM module; (2) Work with cloud technologies and Oracle’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings to design and build extensions for Software as a Service (SaaS) application; (3) Set overall strategic technology direction for the Oracle Fusion HCM platform and work with the support team regarding the entry and management of Oracle Service Requests; (4) Drive technical results by training, developing and mentoring assigned team members and performing quarterly and annual performance reviews; (5) Direct the day-to-day work and priorities of the team assigned to support and enhances the Oracle Fusion HCM modules which is inclusive o...
