Meet the team
You’ll join Dexcom’s APAC Business Development and Strategy team — a highly collaborative group driving strategic partnerships and market expansion across Asia Pacific. The team works across multiple markets to identify, build, and execute opportunities that accelerate Dexcom’s growth in digital health. As Manager, APAC Business Development and Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing strategic collaborations with regional and local partners — including digital health platforms, healthcare systems, and other ecosystem players — to strengthen Dexcom’s presence and value across the region.
Where you come in
- You identify, develop, and manage regional partnerships across Asia Pacific, including collaborations with digital health platforms, hospital systems, governments, and healthcare organizations.
- You evaluate partnership models and local business development opportunities that drive Dexcom’s growth and ecosystem integration.
- You lead the execution of partnership projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with Dexcom’s strategic priorities.
- You collaborate with local country teams and functional partners (commercial, marketing, operations, legal, regulatory) to operationalize partnership initiatives.
- You assess market trends, emerging technologies, and partnership opportunities to support Dexcom’s digital health and connectivity goals.
- You contribute to long-term planning by providing insights that shape regional business strategies and go-to-market approaches.
- You manage stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring collaboration and clear communication.
- You track partnership performance and impact, using data and metrics to inform future strategy and decision-making.
- You may support broader business development activities and special projects across the APAC region as needed.
What makes you successful
- You are an experienced business development or partnership professional with strong exposure to digital health, healthtech, or connected medical devices.
- You bring a proven ability to identify and execute regional and local partnerships that drive business impact.
- You understand the healthcare and digital ecosystem across Asia Pacific, including payor systems, provider networks, and regulatory environments.
- You have strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- You demonstrate exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- You are strategic yet execution-oriented — able to move seamlessly from concept to delivery.
- You are analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working with complex business and technical topics.
- You are adaptable, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-moving, multinational environment.
Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
- Requires 2-5 years of successful management or partnership experience in a relevant industry (healthcare, medical devices, or digital health).
- Experience in regional business development or partnership roles is strongly preferred.
- A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
