Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:

 Alliance Operations for MS Alliance 
o Implement operational and
administrative processes related to the
alliance (JBR creation and tracking,
precision code creation and tracking,
registration of PwC engagements in MS
portal for commercialization revenue
recognition) 
o Becoming proficient in the MS Partner
Centre Portal. Helping the MS business
team with registering for Microsoft
Commerce Incentives and Referrals
through the partner centre portal 
o Ownership and management of all
relevant data related to PwC-MS alliance
(GTM plans for the year, sales pipelines,
wins, marketing related expenses,
commercialization data, MS org charts) 
o Create and implement relevant reports
and insights for leadership consumption 
o Develop and implement relevant
processes to ensure streamlined tracking
and reporting of data to facilitate
strategic decision making by leadership 
o Pro-actively track data discrepancies and
see through to rectification 
 Alliance Commercialisation Driver 
o Responsible for managing and tracking
the different Alliance commercialization
programs that PwC has with its alliances 
o Maintain a repository of all active
commercialization programs, program
details 
o Develop streamlined processes for

capturing commercialization revenues
and awareness creation of such processes
to ensure adoption by different teams 
o Implement detailed periodic reporting of
commercialization revenues 
o Pro-actively explore opportunities to
further increase commercialization
revenues for PwC from existing alliance
commercialization programs through
targeted marketing and awareness
campaigns 
o Liaise with different Alliance SPOCs to be
aware of larger list of commercialization
programs available for PwC to consider 
o Pro-actively look at activating new
programs and facilitating relevant
administrative processes (legal, risk,
documentation) for activation and
adoption 

Mandatory skill sets:

 Working in fast pace environment to
manager multiple alliances at the same
time 
 Demonstrated consistency in owning and
executing operational tasks 
 Previous experience with using program
management tools and methodologies 
 Ability to identify opportunities and work
effectively for closure 
 Build internal and external relationships
and have planning, presentation and all-
round communication skills
