We’re currently looking for an Associate Director to join our Consulting team in Pōneke / Wellington  

This role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery for our clients and will regularly engage with clients to assess their needs and provide dynamic solutions.  

You will take the role on engagements - leading project teams to ensure the best possible results for clients and act as a leader and a mentor for your project team; advising them through ambiguity, conducting on the job training, overseeing work on engagement and providing feedback/ performance reviews where necessary

  • Experience working with clients to establish requirements, deliver outcomes, and drive the design, delivery and execution of potentially complex projects preferably in the health sector

  • Providing specialist technical expertise in customer projects, this may require working on-site as part of a project team 

  • Taking a proactive role to simplify, streamline and automate PwC technical operations to drive improved efficiency and productivity 

  • A sound knowledge of business concepts, and a desire to further develop a career in this field 

  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral 

  • Comfortable presenting complex issues and recommendations in a focused manner 

  • Commercially curious
