Apply to this jobWe’re on the hunt for a sharp, analytical Management Accountant to join our Finance team at Orion Health. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with at least 2 years’ experience to contribute to a global company that’s revolutionising healthcare.
As a Management Accountant, you’ll be a key strategic partner across the global business, enabling informed decision-making through accurate reporting, financial insight, and commercial advice. You’ll provide budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support across business units, working closely with senior leaders and providing sound financial advice to support business decisions.
Your success will be driven by your ability to translate numbers into strategic insights, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and add value through improved systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
Your key duties will include:
- Delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business performance and planning.
- Partnering with teams including R&D, Commercial, and Operations to drive informed financial decision-making.
- Owning and enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and modelling tools.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Contributing to system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
- Providing financial input into business cases and evaluating post-implementation success.
What will you bring?
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting or finance experience from a commercial/in-house environment or professional services such as a Big Four or large CA firm. Experience working in/with multi-entity or international organisations is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ERP/reporting systems, and a sound grasp of IFRS – especially revenue recognition.
- Characteristics: Collaborative, results-driven, resilient, and able to prioritise under pressure. You’re comfortable working independently, engaging with senior leaders, and communicating financial insights and recommendations clearly in meetings and across the business.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, and CA or CPA qualified (or near completion).
