Job Summary
• This role is responsible for strategically engaging in the development, implementation and governance of product support or solution portfolios throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery. The role collaborates globally to implement innovative services and solutions to meet evolving customer demands and drive profitable growth. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance. The role also establishes and manages service level agreements, while also engaging in mentoring lower-level employees.

Responsibilities

Deliver on FY26 MS Delivery Financial Commitments

  • Program Management and tracking of key MS Delivery initiatives, working with Theater leaders and other stakeholders to deliver on savings/margin targets
  • Monthly tracking of initiative-level results and implementation of corrective action plans, as needed, to ensure success
  • Consolidate and summarize monthly status/progress toward goals for MS leadership reviews.
  • Planning – flash/budget/LTP. Partner with finance & functions to deliver an accurate cost flash submission by providing business & volume assumptions
  • Lead cross functional effort to address cost issues
  • Monitor and manage cost to budget (COS%)
  • Lead projects

Account-level Margin Improvement Plan

  • Define account profitability framework, including selection criteria for key accounts to target for improvement
  • Partner with CDMs, FAMs, and other stakeholders to implement and utilize framework for managing account profitability
  • Measure quarterly financial improvement in GM% (points) at account level (relative to Q1’26 baseline) through PBI dashboard; document key actions taken to drive improvement

Improve MS Delivery Spend Forecast Accuracy via Process and Tool Automation

  • Standardize and simplify monthly processes for MSD cost forecasting, yielding transparent and predictable results
  • Implement consistent monthly cadence with key stakeholders to ensure timely submissions of MSD spend forecast
  • Consolidate and analyze the actual MSD spend trends; document any material variations versus target, utilizing standardized templates/bridges
  • Automate key tasks to minimize manual effort on data consolidation



Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in Finance, Delivery, Business Planning, or a related field.
