Make Ready Technician | Camden Carolinian/Manor Park/Overlook

Job Summary: Our Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for move-in and assisting with the overflow of maintenance requests. They are customer focused and team players who take pride in the work they perform which may also include grounds keeping, housekeeping, and pool maintenance. Camden Make Ready Technicians contribute to community retention efforts by taking initiative in maintaining community appearance and providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
