Leads advanced planning and execution efforts, integrating design reviews, quality assurance, and resource strategies to optimize construction performance and achieve project goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the seamless integration of construction activities with operational needs, ensuring that facilities are ready for handover post-construction.
- Leads the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implements active quality management approaches to ensure facilities meet target outputs.
- Stays current on industry trends, supplier market dynamics, and regulatory shifts to guide strategic sourcing initiatives and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Reviews engineering prints, draws out scope, and generates a construction plan.
- Enforces safety policy on all projects, to maintain the highest level of safety at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
