Maintenance Worker - Dunkin'

Responsibilities Include: 

• Performing maintenance of all machines, equipment, and property of the company and document the same 

• Able to dismantle devices to gain access and remove defective parts 

• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments 

• Repairs or replaces defective parts 

• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices 

• Lubricates and cleans parts 

• Start devices to test their performance 

• If necessary, overseeing outside vendors as necessary, documenting all services and repairs performed by outside vendors, document equipment during startup and warranty period 

• Repairing or installing electrical and plumbing equipment and fixtures when feasible, replace bulbs, ceiling tiles, and maintain electrical signs 

• Coordinating with store managers/tenants to ensure proper temperatures and settings are maintained in all heating and cooling equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. Assure HVAC units are maintaining comfortable levels in all buildings 

• Transporting equipment and supplies when necessary 

• Maintaining and repairing as necessary all outside building walls, roofs, and awnings. 

• Maintaining and care for all company tools and vehicles 

• Undertakes, initiates, and facilitates emergency and special repairs and/or services 24/7

Physical Demands/Working Conditions: 

• Must be able to lift 100 lbs. 

• Must be able to stand for 5 hours at a time 

• Full range of motion, including kneeling, bending, twisting, and fully extending reach is required 

• Must be comfortable with climbing ladders and performing work at roof height 

Requirements: 

• This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35 hours/week 

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Note: Company van and tools are provided for this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.25 per hour  + $2,000 Annual Bonus

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position.  Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
