Maintenance Technician - VLT/SLT

These Maintenance positions earns competitive base wages (based on experience) plus a share of monthly and/or quarterly leasing. Qualifications

In a Maintenance position for Dietz Property Group, you ensure that our residents have safe, comfortable apartment homes in good repair and that they are happy with the level of service they receive. When a resident moves out, you take great pride in you & your team making it move-in ready for the next resident. Being calm, friendly, responsive, and capable is a must as is promptly addressing any concerns that arise in the apartment homes of current residents. Qualifications include:

• Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!
• Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Customer service skills
• Ability to be in the on-call rotation
