About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician Jr responsible to perform predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment on the production lines in SJC, interacting with the areas of Production, Engineering and Quality to ensure the manufacture of the product within the established technical specifications.
What you will do
- Execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, including lubrication and inspection activities;
- Utilization of maintenance management software for the execution and tracking of work orders;
- Proposal and implementation of technical improvements in industrial maintenance processes;
- Critical analysis of failures and root cause identification.
The skills you bring
- Technical degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering;
- Intermediate English proficiency;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of SMT/SMA production lines and experience in industrial maintenance routines and processes;
- Availability to work across all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd);
- Behavioral competencies: teamwork, proactivity, effective communication, and resilience.
