Job Responsibilities:

Starting Pay: $33.22/hr + Shift Premium (if applicable) | Continental Schedule (2-2-3) | Benefits Available Day One

Location: Liberty, MO

Magna is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. The role includes working with automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, robotics, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance activities.

What You'll Do
•    Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
•    Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic systems
•    Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
•    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
•    Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety standards

Qualifications
•    High school diploma or GED required
•    Maintenance/Industrial certifications and/or degree required
•    Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial automation systems
•    Experience with basic robotic programming
•    Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems/equipment, including 120V and 240V circuits
•    Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
•    Ability to read schematics and blueprints
•    Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift certifications
