*$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible applicants
SHIFT: Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 Am - 5 PM and Friday 8 AM - 2:30 PM *On call every 7 weeks*
- Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation.
- Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations.
- Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested. Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision.
- Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English [Required]
- Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals [Required]
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists [Required]
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes [Required]
- Knowledge of safe handling tools and equipment [Required]
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills [Required]
- Proficient in the operation of gas and electric outside equipment and tools [Preferred]
- Ability to read and understand work orders [Required]
- Ability to enter data in CMMS System [Required]
Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
