Maintenance Technician (Findlay, Lima)

We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support industrial facility operations and complete maintenance projects. This role involves hands-on repair work, preventative maintenance, and general facility upkeep in an industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

• General maintenance and repair work at industrial facilities
• Outdoor projects and building upkeep
• Painting and basic surface prep
• Fix doors, lights, equipment, and basic building items
• Use hand and power tools
• Work on ladders or lifts when needed
• Keep the jobsite clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Basic maintenance or construction experience
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable working on ladders or lifts
• Mechanical ability and willingness to learn
• Reliable, shows up on time, works independently
• Valid driver’s license
