Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work in a highly automated, technology-driven micro-fulfillment center where advanced systems like conveyors, robotics, and automated storage solutions keep operations moving. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping these systems running smoothly, ensuring equipment is reliable, efficient, and ready to support daily operations.
You’ll be part of an environment where your skills in troubleshooting, repair, and collaboration will directly impact the success of the operation. You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside operations and technical teams, building your expertise with cutting-edge automation.

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
- Conveyor systems
- Automated material handling equipment (AMHE)
- Robotics and automated storage systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic IT/connectivity issues
Respond to equipment alerts, downtime events, and system faults
Support real‑time operations in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment
Use tools and systems to diagnose issues (mechanical + basic connectivity checks)
Partner with operations and, when needed, IT teams to resolve system issues


Job Responsibilities:
  • Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material handling and other Fulfillment Center (FC) equipment.
  • Uses structured preventive maintenance systems to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices.
  • Maintains efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials.
  • Performs general building maintenance as directed, such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors and plumbing
