• Provide Technical and operational support to the production, injection molding and water systems group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%
• Flexibility to operate and maintain all production equipment including but not limited to: Fork, Blower/filler labeler, Shrink wrapper, case erectors, case packer, case sealer, palletizer, and stretch wrapper.
• Respond to and correct operational issues including elementary maintenance and adjustment
• ‘Support maintenance management process (performance boards, updates/discussions, preventive maintenance, recurrence prevention, planning scheduling)
• Escalate issues beyond elementary repair capabilities and assist reliability technicians as required to effect repairs and maintenance
• Support organizational quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site.

Minimum

• Successful completion of Year 12
• Maintenance Fitter and/or Electrical Electronic qualification or 2 years equivalent work experience in related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Extensive Manufacturing background, especially in potting environment with technical experience.
• Wireman's license
• Valid group 9 driving license
