Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and production uptime in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain and repair diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
• Document maintenance activities and report ongoing issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
• Experience working on diesel-powered forklifts required
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
