We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Summary:
Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.
Pay Range: $17 - $20/hr before shift differentials.
Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm - Monday - Friday - on call as needed
Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
- Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
- Handle and/or supervise snow removal and landscaping.
- Respond to off-hours facility emergencies. Participate in risk management at a corporate level.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
- Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, and HVAC Maintenance.
- Valid Driver’s License required. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
- Effective time management skills.
