Maintenance Technician

Why Join Us?  Schedule: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm), overtime as needed Climate Controlled Benefits: Eligible per company policy (Vacation, PTO, Holidays, 401k, Medical, Dental, and Vision)  Maintenance Technician Responsibilities and Job Expectations: Key Responsibilities: Assist with lean/continuous improvement projects. Install and inspect machinery on the manufacturing floor. Install and inspect electrical equipment on the manufacturing floor. Troubleshoot/repair machinery to minimize downtime. Perform brazing, welding, and basic fabrication tasks. Inspect in-process and finished products for quality compliance. Use of standard tools to perform preventative maintenance on production machinery. Versatilely use different forms of measurement and test equipment to ensure specification standards are met. Ensure machinery is operated correctly to maintain quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintenance Technician Requirements: High School Diploma / GED 3-5 years' experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance preferred  Good fine motor skills, hand dexterity Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Ability to read blueprints and drawings. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs. Compensation: Pay varies based on experience.
